Shipping Information

 

We are as excited as you are about your beautiful new clothes!  Thanks in advance.

All U.S. orders over $99 (excluding sale or clearance items) will receive FREE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada and International shipments. Specific shipping costs to countries located outside the U.S. will be quoted on the checkout page.  If your specific location does is not included please email us at info@ripplelifestyle.com to obtain a shipping quote prior to ordering.  We will reply with a quote within one business day.

 

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING

We offer Flat Rate Priority Mail shipping for only $10 on all U.S. orders under $100 excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  For our clients in Alaska and Hawaii there is an $18.00 USD flat rate shipping charge. All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 3-­5 business days AFTER 1-2 business days processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on Sunday, Monday or holidays.

 

Non U.S. Shipping

We have partnered with several shipping companies to offer up to three different shipping options.  Given the nature of customs and oversee shipping we do everything we can to get your clothing and products to you as soon as possible.  We love providing this service.  We will include shipping data via email as soon as we drop the product off at the shippers.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. Ripple Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be re-shipped at customer expense. Ripple Lifestyle is not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Ripple Lifestyle will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. Ripple Lifestyle will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
